Refunds

All products are made to order and thus a refund or return is not possible, however, please contact me if you have an issue and I can see what I can do. In the event an item is returnable, the sender pays postage.

My order arrived broken

Oh no, so sorry to hear that! Please send an email with photographic evidence to hello (at) theintrepidphotographer.com. If your order was damaged in the post, I will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

PAPER TYPES

I use several types of paper and here, you can learn about each type of paper. When in doubt, Hahnemühle won’t disappoint.

Hahnemühle paper 260gsm: A Premium cotton paper that is perfect for fine art and deep colour saturation.

Metallic 280gsm: Some photos look especially good on metallic paper. Metallic paper glistens in light and turns a colourful, bright image even more vibrant and bright.

Luster photographic paper 240gsm: This is a premium photographic paper that has a satin lustre finish, which provides a subtle pearl-like texture. This has deeper colour-saturation than matt papers, and produces impressive colour depth and strikingly intense blacks.
